La dent de Signac
The Dent of Signac, twin mountain of Caesar's camp, is an escarpment resulting from the Alpine thrusts of the Miocene. The limestone sediments resulting from its erosion have come to mingle with the marine sediments composing the bottom of the valley, thus constituting our unique terroir.

The air flow that runs along its slopes protects our vines from disease, allowing us to naturally limit our treatments and our environmental impact.
'The mountain of the Dent de Signac not only brings us a unique terroir, it also forms a veritable setting in the heart of which the estate is nestled.
